CCH Exhibits Western Cape Properties At London Expo in 2016
The CCH Luxury Property Team will be exhibiting Western Cape properties between 6 to 8 May 2016 at the biggest Property Expo of Overseas Properties In Europe – A Place In The Sun Exhibition at the Olympia in London.

The CCH mandates will be exhibited to potential new swallows, i.e. those buyers who prefer to experience the Western Cape (South African) summer lifestyle during the European winter period.
The devaluation of the Rand during the last year especially has resulted in Western Cape properties becoming very reasonably priced for international investors. Coupled with the high current demand for properties in the tourism industry and for quality farms (both agricultural and lifestyle farms), there is a definite interest that sellers can capitalise on.
