CCH Property Expo
CCH is hosting a property expo in the Woolworths Court in Somerset Mall between the 18th and the 24th of November 2014.
Properties from across the Helderberg, Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and the West Coast (Langebaan and Saldanha) are being exhibited. Although the focus is one residential properties, quite a few farms and commercial and industrial properties are also on display.
With our agents attending all inquiries from our Helderberg locals on a rotational basis, we shared much local area lifestyle and property knowledge - and are making many new contacts - resulting in a host of #NewLeads.
A few of the new developments in the Helderberg are also exhibited by CCH - of which the launch of the De Strand complex of 142 apartments in the Strand with luxury finishes are the most notable (contact Piet du Toit / 082 450 2800 / piet.dutoit@cch.co.za ).
